Savola seeks a Van Sales Representative (NSP) in the United Arab Emirates for a fulltime onsite role to sell and distribute products, collect dues on time, and act as the market eyes and ears by reporting competitive activity. You will meet scorecard targets at prices, ensure availability and visibility per BDA clauses, follow JP for service standards, develop new customers, and execute market activity plans. - To sell and distribute the products and collect outstanding dues on time.
- To be company's "eyes and ears" in the market and report on competitive activities
- Meet Score card targets through at specified prices, to the outlets in the assigned territory.
- Ensure availability and visibility standards in compliance with BDA clauses.
- Follow JP to ensure customer service standards and optimal coverage.
- Explore, identify, and develop new customers in the territory.
- Execute market activities plans in line with channel plan.
- To collect outstanding dues from the market in time to maintain debtors to sales ratio as per company policy. Enhance cash business and zero bad debts.
- Act as ‘eyes and ears’ in the market and report on competitive activities
- Prevent customers from stocking and selling counterfeits and grey stocks.
- Report the competition activities and parallel stocks in market to supervisor/Manager.
- Ensure compliance and proper usage of all commercial and sales documents as per commercials requirement.
- Ensure credit notes are raised within the timeline.
- Ensure the company’s standards are met as per the guidelines of MSL, FIFO and RSP in the market.
- Keep track of inventory and ensure monthly inventory reconciliation
