Porsche Long Beach is hiring a motivated, relationship-driven Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to grow our preowned inventory, boost guest retention, and create upgrade opportunities for customers. You will engage service customers, use equity mining tools and CRM to generate appointments, educate buyers on vehicle values, incentives, and financing, acquire quality trade-ins, and collaborate with the sales, service, BDC, and management teams to hit retention and sales goals while keeping accurate records and guiding vehicles through reconditioning and listings. We look for strong interpersonal skills, proactive follow up, CRM savvy, excellent organization and communication, a positive work ethic, and a clean driving record. Pay is $25 per hour plus performance bonuses, with full benefits.

What You Will Do

  • Engage service customers to identify opportunities to upgrade, trade, or sell their current vehicle.
  • Utilize equity mining tools, CRM systems, and dealership technology to generate appointments and opportunities.
  • Educate customers on vehicle values, incentives, financing options, and upgrade opportunities.
  • Acquire quality preowned vehicles through customer interactions and vehicle evaluations.
  • Partner with the sales, service, BDC, and management teams to support customer retention and sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities within dealership systems.
  • Support preowned inventory management by assisting with vehicle merchandising, pricing accuracy, listings, and inventory flow from acquisition through reconditioning and sale.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems, dealership software, and technology platforms to manage customer interactions and opportunities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

 

Pay: $25.00 - $25.00 per hour + bonuses based on performance
