Based at any of our locations across Sydney and, reporting to the Criteria Assessment & Audit manager, the role includes but is not limited to;

• Developing accurate processes to ensure thorough inspections of vehicles to identify damage and determine the necessary repairs following approved repair methods.
• Supporting and promoting the use of the appropriate estimating software, diagnostic tools, and systems to deliver efficient and effective estimates. 
• Conducting feasibility studies to evaluate cost efficiency for new vehicle designs or modifications.
• Identifying opportunities to optimize costs without compromising quality or performance.
• Preparation and presentation of regular reports on assessment findings, repairs estimates and audit outcomes.
• Identification of operational assessment challenges and inefficiencies to develop sustainable solutions.

• Senior level experience within automotive repair or insurance industries
• Commercial and financial acumen and analytical rigor
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent computer literacy – including advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrated high motivation and an action orientation.
• Previous training and development experience.
