We are hiring a Vehicle Inspector to conduct vehicle inspections, ensure compliance with standards and regulations and prepare accurate inspection reports.

Job Description

• Conduct inspections of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in line with approved procedures and local authority requirements.
• Inspect key vehicle systems including brakes, steering, suspension, tires, lighting, chassis/body, engine, and emissions-related items where applicable.
• Identify defects, non-conformities and safety issues, record findings accurately in inspection reports or systems.
• Verify vehicle identity and condition, including visual and mechanical checks, and support pass/fail decisions based on inspection criteria.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and operational procedures while maintaining professional interaction with customers or vehicle owners.

Qualifications

• Diploma / technical qualification in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in vehicle inspection, automotive workshop operations, diagnostics, or roadworthiness testing.
• Good knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostic tools, inspection reporting and defect classification.
• UAE / local inspection authority exposure
• UAE valid driving license
