We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in our newest dealership in Mandurah.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

• A genuine, friendly, and authentic individual with a passion for excellent customer service
• Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)
• Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
• Listen to understand and be responsive to customers' needs
• Know and understand the sales process including the value of each step
• Be agile and flexible to change - things move pretty quickly around here!

About you:
Do you have well-established communication skills? Are you customer-focused and always go the extra mile? Do you have a passion for the automotive industry and love the thrill of sales? If the answers are YES, YES and YES - we are looking for you!

You will ideally possess:

• Prior experience in automotive sales (highly regarded)
• Interest and passion for the automotive and EV space
• Must be motivated and driven by results
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPI's
• Ability to perform well in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Valid Australian working rights and driver's licence
• Bi-lingual in Mandarin/ Cantonese would be highly regarded
