Position Overview
The Vice President of Enrollment Services provides executive leadership and strategic direction for the full enrollment lifecycle, from inquiry through admission, matriculation, and transition into the student experience. This leader ensures a seamless, student-centered journey while driving institutional growth, operational excellence, and innovation across all enrollment functions.
The VP oversees Admissions, Enrollment Operations, and key pre-enrollment services, with responsibility for pipeline management, application processing, communications, data insights, and technology ecosystems that support high-performing enrollment operations. The role is highly collaborative, partnering closely with Marketing, Academic Affairs, and Student Services to ensure alignment in strategy, messaging, and execution.
Salary Range: $152,000 to $162,000 annualized, Full-Time, Exempt.
