Strategically oriented, this role leads Gore Mutual’s People Experience during integration with Unica and Beneva, supervising a HR team and reporting to the Chief People Officer. You’ll oversee HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Total Rewards and HR Policy while shaping workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and an inclusive, high performing culture through transformation. You’ll partner with executives and the Board, using data-driven insights to measure outcomes and drive scalable programs. Requirements include 10+ years of HR leadership, M&A or integration experience, and CHRL/CHRE preferred. The Vice President People Experience provides strategic and operational leadership across the People Experience function, ensuring people strategies, programs, and practices enable business success and an exceptional employee experience.
