Your mission
As a Digital Project Manager, you will play a key role in designing and deploying innovative solutions to support international mobility and HR performance.
Your main responsibilities
1/ Development of digital HR tools
- Design, develop, and deploy automation tools and solutions aligned with business needs identified by the Expertise, Data & Performance team
- Optimize and digitalize processes related to international mobility
- Document developments to ensure maintainability and scalability
2/ Integration of Artificial Intelligence
- Identify relevant AI use cases (NLP, document automation, decision support)
- Design and implement innovative AI-based solutions
- Test and evaluate tools to improve the reliability and efficiency of HR processes
3/ Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with HR teams and external service providers
- Support projects led by the Senior Data & Performance Analyst (development, automation, data structuring)
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams
- Propose continuous improvements to digital practices

Education & Background
- Engineer degree or Master degree in IT, data or information systems
- Previous experience in the same field is an advantage
Technical & Soft Skills
Strong interest in HR-related topics and international mobility
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to adapt to an international environment
Strong interest in digital transformation and innovative technologies
Knowledge in development, data, or automation is a plus
Interest in artificial intelligence and its practical applications
Analytical mindset, rigor, and service orientation
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
IT & Tools
Proficiency in common programming languages (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent) and collaborative development environments
Knowledge of or strong interest in AI tools (LLMs, APIs, automation)
