HSBC is seeking a Voice Design Engineer in Sheffield on a full time hybrid basis to help modernise our end-to-end technology estate and deliver a new telephony capability that enhances colleague experience and customer interactions. In this role you will support technology vendor selection, define end-to-end product designs aligned with the International Wealth and Personal Banking strategy, translate business requirements into robust solutions, collaborate with platform and enterprise architects, manage design backlogs and cost efficiency, and proactively address risks related to enterprise architecture and non-functional requirements. You should bring demonstrated Genesys CX experience, strong cloud, API and integration knowledge, and a proven ability to influence and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
