What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy to expand Via’s footprint across France and Benelux, aligning business objectives with local market dynamics and government priorities.
- Lead and inspire high-performing commercial teams, fostering a customer-centric culture focused on maximizing new business, renewals, expansions, revenue growth, and long-term impact.

- Collaborate closely with global and regional Product, Finance, Expansion, and Marketing teams to tailor offerings, drive innovation, and maintain competitive advantage.
- Represent Via externally as a thought leader in mobility and transportation, engaging in industry forums, public speaking, and strategic partnerships.
- Actively research the competitive landscape — identifying market, product, and pricing trends — and succinctly share findings with key stakeholders to ensure that we’re always one step ahead
Who You Are:
- 15+ years of overall experience, including an outstanding track record in enterprise software/SaaS sales or a strong background in consulting (including strong public sector relationships), preferably in fast-paced product-driven environments
- Fluency in French and English is required; Dutch language skills are highly desirable, but not a must.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams of 10+ highly skilled employees and driving revenue growth in complex, regulated markets.
- Exceptional strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
- Outstanding communicator and negotiator, skilled at engaging C-level executives, government officials, and diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships in the public sector, navigating procurement, funding, and policy landscapes.
- Superb commercial intuition and exceptional judgment — you know when to push and when to yield in maximizing the value of a potential deal
- Passionate and relentless about growth; you’re not deterred by setbacks and enjoy the process of building high-value relationships over time
- Willingness to travel frequently (25-50%) across the region to meet with partners and stakeholders.
