  AN EXCITING CHANCE TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM  

 As a Spa Welcome Agent Intern, you are the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in creating a memorable experience from the moment they arrive at the Spa. With excellent customer service and hospitality skills, you ensure guests’ comfort and well-being throughout their journey. 

As a true ambassador of the Spa and wellness environment, you welcome guests in accordance with W Verbier standards and guide them through their experience across the Spa’s various facilities, including the jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, wet area, and fitness center. Through your warm, professional, and proactive approach, you generate interest in the Spa’s services and facilities. 

You assist with reservation management, guest orientation, and the presentation of treatments and retail products available on the Spa menu. You also follow up on guest requests and ensure a high-quality experience at all times. 

As part of your internship, you contribute to maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and excellence of the reception area and shared Spa spaces, while adhering to the establishment’s quality and hygiene standards. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Welcome and assist guests in accordance with W standards 
  • Present the Spa facilities and services 
  • Manage bookings and respond to guest inquiries 
  • Promote Spa treatments, offers, and retail products 
  • Handle administrative tasks related to guest reception 
  • Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of reception and common areas 
  • Foster guest loyalty by delivering warm and personalized service 
  • Ensure smooth communication and information flow between hotel departments 

 
 

Candidate Profile 

  • Must be enrolled in a hospitality school recognized under the Swiss L-GAV (CCNT) 
  • Strong customer service and hospitality mindset 
  • Outgoing, cheerful, sociable, attentive, passionate, and available 
  • Well-organized, conscientious, punctual, and motivated 
  • Good knowledge of the hotel's various services 
  • Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude 
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team 
  • Fluency in foreign languages; English is required, German and additional languages are a plus 
  • Strong interest in the luxury, wellness, and hospitality industries. 
 
Position to be filled from November 2026 for 6 months
