Level 2 Certificate or equivalent is desirable. Job Summary

To complete all required warehousing tasks whilst conforming to quality standards. Duties limited to activities external to the cleanroom environment.

Location & Working pattern

Location: Trentham Facility. Standard working hours: Mon-Fri (hours between 8:00-17:00, 37.5hpw).

Fixed Term Contract

12 months from date of employment.

Duties  & Responsibilities

  • Ensure fully trained in role duties. Highlight any training deficiencies to line management and participate in any training courses to rectify
  • Process picking and packing of all customer orders including coordination of courier collection for daily UK orders
  • Process incoming goods comprising of raw material, post-sterilisation finished goods & RMA’s, in accordance with company procedures
  • Prepare Instructions for Use (IFU’s) to meet production requirements, operating printing and booklet making equipment where necessary
  • Conduct perpetual stock counts to support ongoing stock control for both raw material and finished goods
  • Ensure storage of raw materials and finished goods is an accordance with company procedure and appropriate stock rotation is adhered to at all times
  • Operate transportation / lifting equipment as required to support loading/unloading activities
  • Conduct regular house-keeping to ensure the working environments are maintained to a high standard and comply with H&S regulations
  • Escalate problems with quality, process, equipment of materials to line management
  • Comply with all policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements of the company
  • Support the transfer of materials between company sites
  • Maintain high level of data integrity and accuracy on documentation and within ERP system
  • Follow and adhere to verbal / written instruction at all times.
