The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by accurately receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials and products. This role ensures inventory is handled safely and efficiently, maintains a clean and organized work environment, and follows all company procedures and safety standards. The Warehouse Associate works closely with team members and supervisors to meet production timelines and support overall warehouse productivity.
YOUR TASKS
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including barcode scanners and pallet jacks.
- Load and unload containers efficiently.
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and damaged goods processing.
- Evaluate finished products to ensure they meet customer quality standards.
- Maintain a neat and orderly workspace.
- Use SAP for data entry and tracking.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Engage in repetitive hand assembly/semi-automated operations.
- Ensure accuracy in counting and maintain a quality conscience.
- Transport component materials and finished goods between departments and storage locations.
- Achieve daily picking demands and ensure pick waves are in priority sequence.
- Validate and proof all labels and packing slips before picking.
- Utilize PDA scan gun to track items throughout the warehouse.
- Use of WMS for PDA scanning.
- Communicate throughout the day with the team lead.
- Follow company safety and hygiene regulations.
- Continuously support departmental process improvements.
- Any additional tasks that may be assigned to ensure an efficient, safe, clean, and goal-oriented work environment

YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 3-month experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
- Knowledge of SAP and WMS pertaining to warehouse activities
- Requires ability to use a keyboard, monitor, PDA scanner and calculator.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility is a must: Must be able to work overtime, holidays, weekends, different shifts, and different areas of the warehouse
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Requires ability to stand/reach/stoop/bend
- Manufacturing Environment
- Stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk majority of your shift
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
- Maximum unassisted lift up to 50 lbs., assisted lift up to 80 lbs.
- Requires ability to use a keyboard, monitor, RF scanner and calculator
- Requires the ability to communicate verbally
- Travel not required
