World Wide Technology NL is hiring a Warehouse Operator to join our Amsterdam site. This full-time onsite role covers receiving, moving, picking and shipping products, operates PITs, ensures accurate tracking and maintains warehouse safety in a fast-paced international environment. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of warehousing experience, can lift up to 25 kg, speaks fluent English, and shows solid computer skills including handheld scanning. The role emphasizes teamwork, process improvement and meeting goals with supervisors; you’ll identify bottlenecks, implement approved changes and use established tools to track progress. Experience Required

• 1-3 years of warehousing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess bottlenecks in work processes within teams to streamline and simplify workflow.
• Identify areas where efficiency and process improvement are needed within own work area.
• Apply new ideas or approaches to own work to enhance outputs.
• Use established tools and techniques to track progress related to implementing process improvements.
• Learn and support the processes of receiving, shipping and warehousing materials
• Collect information to understand problems and identify their origin.
• Research events and known solutions for basic or routine problems.
• Implement prescribed steps and ensures effective resolution, escalating troubleshooting if needed.
• Demonstrate attention during discussions by taking notes and asking clarifying questions.
• Demonstrate awareness of non-verbal behavior/cues (i.e., body language) when listening and communicating.
• Restate and reflect back information to check for understanding.
• Work with supervisors to set goals and priorities for individual work and manages time efficiently to accomplish goals.
