The Fountain Tire Acheson Distribution Centre (9633 266 Street, Acheson, AB) is currently looking for Warehouse Associates!

First started in 1956 in Wainwright, Alberta, Fountain Tire expertly combines key factors such as experienced owners, licensed automotive technicians, and quality products to form a company driven to serve. Today, we have over 160 stores spanning as far west as Victoria, British Columbia and as far east as Vaughan, Ontario.

Day Shift: Monday to Friday

As a Warehouse associate, each day will bring new opportunities, but you will always be involved in:

• Picking Orders accurately by making sure KPI targets are met
• Receiving trailers by Sorting, stacking, and putting away products to company standards
• Loading and unloading delivery trucks in a timely manner in order to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments
• Maintaining knowledge of inventory, stock locations, model numbers and handling instructions
• Assisting in inventory management through documentation processes and inventory counts

 What does it take to get on track?

• 1+ years standup forklift or order picker experience required
• Must have valid forklift license (submit with application)
• Must have drivers license and reliable transportation - NO PUBLIC TRANSIT AVAILABLE
• Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Scangun experience will be an asset
• Basic computer skills with Windows programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
