RJW Logistics Group is hiring a Warehouse Lead for the second shift in Plainfield, IL. This full-time, onsite role runs Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with a starting wage of $22 per hour and an automatic $0.50 hourly increase every 90 days for a year under the new wage progression program effective April 6. The position oversees receiving, unloading, staging, and loading, ensures safe operation of forklifts and RF scanners, and leads a team to meet WMS and Lean Warehousing standards while maintaining accuracy and quality. Job Purpose: Maintain warehouse area with orderly stacking and good housekeeping; ensure all shipments are correctly staged, checked, and loaded properly; perform duties to provide material handling services for warehouse shipping and receiving handling activities. Ensure that Material Handlers are operating forklift and walkies safety at all times following all safety policies and procedures. This position reports to shift supervisor.
