Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 10 years, we have opened the doors to 30 restaurants in Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Belgium, and Italy)

Our mission? To share with our customers 100% homemade, authentic Italian dishes in beautifully designed spaces, with big smiles!

After expanding across Europe and the UK, Big Mamma is now heading to the United Arab Emirates. We’re growing in an increasingly international and dynamic context, and we’re ready to open in the heart of Dubai.

We are looking for passionate, driven Warehouse ready to join our new team for this exciting adventure.

For our BIG TEAMS in Dubai, we’re looking for the very best Warehouse🤩

YOUR MISSION:

• You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team!
• You will be responsible for managing our daily food deliveries: checking the invoices, organising storage and stock rotation and communicating with the Head Chef any issues.
• You will respect health & safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
• You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!
• You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.

YOUR SKILLS:

• Big Smile and passion for Italian food!
• Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative/Restaurant Goods Receiver
• Flexible availability including weekends
