Ensures smooth shifting of Raw Materials for production without any delay.
Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
Leading the warehouse team & direct reporting of Supervisors, Floor Operations personnel.
Plan work rosters, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
Prepare and present various status reports for senior management and other stakeholders to enable effective decision making.
Communicate and co-ordinate on improvement of storage and operations.
Responsible for stock accuracy system vs Actual through weekly reconciliation.
Liaising with cross functional team.
Auditee for any requirements on warehouse & related subjects.
Responsible for annual stock count plan & execution.
Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
QA/QC
