The Grosvenor underground steelmaking coal mine produced its first longwall coal in May 2016. The site is located in Moranbah, approximately 190 kilometres south-west of Mackay.
Following a localised ignition at Grosvenor Mine on 29 June 2024, the operation is now in a project phase to recommence mining operations. The Anglo American Board has endorsed funding to proceed with the restart of Grosvenor Mine, with a target return to longwall production by Q4 2027. Our focus remains on working together for a safe and successful restart at Grosvenor Mine, grounded in learnings from the past, informed by industry-leading practices.

Grosvenor Mine
As the Warehouse Supervisor at Grosvenor Mine, you will report directly to the Warehouse Superintendent and be accountable for assisting with the implementation and delivery of the site commercial plans. Through the effective leadership and coaching of the Supply Officers, you will ensure optimal stock availability to site stakeholders is managed and monitored in accordance with the Supply Chain plan as well as the business Policy and Procedures. In addition, you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of warehouse.
Ideally you will have demonstrated experience in operational Planning within an Underground Mining environment.
