Bombardier is seeking a Warranty Administrator in Wichita to adjudicate warranty claims for aviation using SAP and the portal, while collaborating with suppliers and service partners. You will manage claim status, deliver information sessions, help build man hour estimates, generate reports, and participate in Customer Review Board and Steering Committee meetings. The ideal candidate holds a technical College AME diploma or equivalent with 3 to 8 years in aftermarket aircraft roles, understands BA contracts and Schedule A, knows aircraft systems and service bulletins, and is proficient in Windows and SAP; fluent English is essential, French is a plus. Reporting to the Manager Warranty & ASF Management, the Warranty Administrator will be responsible for assessing Warranty claims and all other claims for Bombardier Aviation including narrow body and wide body aircraft. As part of a team, the candidate will work with various databases, aerospace standard documentation, as well as suppliers to adjudicate warranty claims with a high level of professionalism and customer service.
