What you´ll do

  • Perform daily operations, inspections, sampling, observation, and record keeping for equipment and processes.
  • Complete preventive maintenance (PMs), basic maintenance, and mechanical repairs, including plumbing, machinery disassembly/reassembly, and repair validation.
  • Use the CMMS system to document maintenance, clean, lubricate, repair equipment, and track compliance-related activities.
  • Maintain area cleanliness and safety, execute improvement initiatives, and coordinate contractor work as the Henkel point of contact with proper documentation

What makes you a good fit

  • High school Graduate or Equivalent.   
  • Vocational School or Technical Secondary Education a Plus
  • 0-3 Years in industrial manufacturing environment preferred
  • Must consistently Lift 25lbs, occasionally up to 55 lbs.

The hourly pay range for this role is $20.00 and $26.00 plus $2.00 shift differential. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting.  This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
