What We are Seeking:* Required a minimum of 2 + years of waterproofing experience. A Must! No Exceptions.* Foreman- Required a minimum of 4-5+ years of waterproofing and foreman or lead experience. A Must! No Exceptions.* Performing duties such as waterproofing above and below grade including air/vapor barrier, joint sealants and caulking* Hot applied systems and traffic coatings* Lifting objects or materials weighing 60+ pounds.* Assisting other skilled trade workers (caulking, waterproofing, etc.) in their performance.* 2 years of commercial waterproofing experience or 3-5 years of residential waterproofing experience. * Experience with Traffic Coating and Below Grade waterproofing.
