Emirates NBD seeks a Wealth Management Specialist in the UAE to lead investment operations with a focus on outstanding client service, strict confidentiality, and robust controls. What You Will Be Doing

Outstanding Client Service: Highest turnaround times, flexible interactions with Front Office and extended cut-off timings 

• Utmost Confidentiality on sensitive private client data across the Group 

• Unparalleled competency in Investment products and processing through experienced and certified team members 

• Safe Processes & Controls according to and above the Bank's standards 

• Highest efficiency through quick turnaround and leveraging synergies across the Wealth Management platform

• Enhance Efficiencies in executing Investment Transactions for WM Clients in a timely and accurate manner. 

• Review transactions & ensure these adhere to the Know-Your-Client standards and internal guidelines. 

• Ensure that business support services are efficiently delivered in accordance to agreed standards. 

• Deal with complex account structures and liaise with Legal & Compliance to resolve issues 

• Collaborate with business leaders in understanding their requirements and delivering operational support to enable product rollouts for the investment team. 

• Gather, prioritize and define key IT and system requirements for Investment office and deliver projects. 

• Partner with IT for the implementation of new systems and enhance systems to accommodate process improvements 

• Develop, motivate and effectively manage subordinates to ensure high quality business support services. 

• Establish vision, direction, and specific objectives for team efforts; encourage collaboration 

• Develop, gain acceptance for, and direct the implementation of compliance I control mechanisms which address the regulatory/control requirements. 

• Enhance controls and risk mitigation within Investment Processes in accordance with regulations and Bank wide policies. 

• Develop, gain acceptance for, and direct the implementation of QA processes to ensure process/procedural compliance.

What We Are Looking For 

• 10 to 15 years of experience. Investment Operations 

• At least 5 yrs. in senior role in managing teams and functions 

• Functional experience in the following fields-Trade and Settlements, Derivative Operations and Asset Servicing 

• Core Investment Operations skills 

• Should have experience in establishing processes and teams within the Investment Operations domain 

• Team management skills are a must 

• Should have managed multi-functional teams within the Domain 

• International certifications in the Industry like CISI are preferred. 

• Team oriented and Team player 

• Ability to work under stress and tight schedules and deadlines 

• Proactive and solution-oriented professionals.
