Gallo is seeking a Welding and Fabrication Maintenance Technician at Four Roses Distillery in Lawrenceburg, KY. This full-time onsite role pays $36.55 per hour and keeps production running by maintaining mechanical, electrical and automated systems, performing welding and pipefitting, troubleshooting control systems, and upholding safety and food quality standards. You’ll collaborate with engineering and operations to improve controls and automation, with up to 5% travel for onboarding. Requirements include an associate degree in engineering, welding, electrical or instrumentation plus two years industrial maintenance, 21+ years old, strong knowledge of instrumentation, HART, PLCs, Siemens, Allen-Bradley and Ignition, and experience with maintenance management software. As an Welding and Fabrication Maintenance Technician at Four Roses Distillery you will be supporting distillery operations, you’ll play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this hands-on role, you’ll work across mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, helping ensure the reliability of equipment and infrastructure that powers day-to-day operations. From troubleshooting control systems to supporting preventive maintenance, your work will directly contribute to operational excellence and product quality.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to design, implement, and enhance controls and automation across the facility. Whether you’re working with PLC wiring, diagnosing communication breakdowns, or optimizing system performance, you’ll bring a proactive mindset to continuous improvement. Your contributions will help minimize downtime and improve overall productivity.
This role also offers the opportunity to expand your technical capabilities across a variety of industrial systems, including boilers, chillers, compressors, and material handling equipment. You’ll apply your skills in welding, pipefitting, and instrumentation while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and food quality standards.
