You will review project specifications, drawings and BOQ to define quality criteria for welding and radiography testing, perform verification inspections, participate in on-site receiving of welding materials, and prepare welding specifications, mix designs and ITPs with a strong grasp of Welding Testing Standards. The ideal candidate has a Mechanical Engineering degree, CSWIP 3.1, ASNT Level II radiography, 5+ years in O&G or large-scale EPC projects in the UAE or Gulf, and English fluency, with ADNOC experience preferred. Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for Welding QC Inspector to join a top qualified and knowledgeable quality controls team in one of our of project in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

What you will need to do:

• Review of project technical specifications, drawings, and BOQ to identify and determine quality and engineering criteria for materials, workmanship and testing requirements related to welding/RTFI works.
• Performs verification inspection of work elements related to welding/RTFI works, to assure compliance with established procedures and Project’s specified requirements.
• Participates in on site receiving Inspection of welding/RTFI materials.
• Prepare, review of welding specification, mix design and ITPs.
• Strong understanding of Welding Testing Standards.

What you will need to have:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized/reputed University.
• Experience in working on ADNOC projects or similar large-scale EPC projects in the UAE or Gulf region.
• CSWIP 3.1 Certified
• ASNT Level II - Radiography Test Film and Interpretation
• Minimum 5 yrs. of experience in O&G field
• Fluency in English
• Computer literacy, proficient in computer skills including use of MS Office
