Arvida is recruiting a full-time Wellness Partner (Arvida Level 4) to work onsite in Christchurch, supporting residents with personal care and encouraging independence through a resident-led approach guided by Being There, In it Together and Look for a Way. You will observe, document health conditions and participate in ongoing training as part of a caring, team-based culture. The role requires NZ residents with NZQF Level 4 or at least three years’ experience, and offers $28.50 to $31.50 per hour, a minimum 30 hours per week, and rostered weekends and nights.
