Arvida is recruiting a full-time Wellness Partner (Arvida Level 4) to work onsite in Christchurch, supporting residents with personal care and encouraging independence through a resident-led approach guided by Being There, In it Together and Look for a Way. You will observe, document health conditions and participate in ongoing training as part of a caring, team-based culture. The role requires NZ residents with NZQF Level 4 or at least three years’ experience, and offers $28.50 to $31.50 per hour, a minimum 30 hours per week, and rostered weekends and nights. Our Wellness Partners are at the heart of enriching the lives of our residents, doing everything with kindness and purpose. Each day you will work in partnership with residents to support their personal care needs and encourage resident-led decision making in their eating, resting, movement, communication, and activities.

Wellness Partners encourage our residents to maintain skills and a sense of independence. Resident welfare is important, and you will also be required to observe, accurately document, and communicate health conditions Participation in ongoing training is expected.

We will be interviewing and screening NZ Residents and NZ Citizens as a priority before looking internationally.

Arvida Level 4

• NZQF Level 4 qualification or at least three-years’ experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)

Utu Taipitopito | Pay Details (Level 4)

• $28.50 to $31.50 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
