With us, you will support the smooth and secure operation of our IT infrastructure and gain valuable practical experience in first-level support, device management, and IT processes.
We are looking for a
working student in IT/first-level support (m/f/d) for our team in Berlin. In this role, you will take on clearly defined operational tasks and support IT and security teams in the further development and standardization of our IT landscape.You will support our IT team in day-to-day operations and first-level support:
- Supporting ongoing IT operations (e.g., Wi-Fi checks, basic system and tool health checks)
- Monitoring logs and detecting and reporting anomalies
- Preparing and managing end-user hardware (laptops, mobile devices) as part of onboarding and offboarding
- Providing first-level IT support (connectivity, hardware, basic software queries)
- Escalation of incidents and more complex issues to IT administration or security
- Assistance with maintenance, servicing, and standardization of user devices
- Support with IT inventory, documentation, and internal processes
- Collaboration on initiatives for continuous improvement and standardization of the IT landscape
- Enrolled student e.g., computer science, IT, information systems, or a comparable degree program
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and networking fundamentals
- Interest in IT operations, best practices, and IT security
- Structured, reliable, and meticulous approach to work
- Good communication skills and service orientation
- Confident working in an English-speaking environment
- Initial experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is a plus
- Basic knowledge of device management (e.g., MDM, endpoint security) or network technology (IP, DNS, DHCP) is desirable
