Die Stelle Werkstudent (m/w/d) IT-Support und Geräte-Onboarding bei myneva richtet sich an Studierende der Informatik oder verwandter Fächer, die Laptop-Vorbereitung, OS-Updates, Software-Deployment und die Erstellung von Benutzerkonten eigenständig übernehmen. Du arbeitest onsite in Freiburg, unterstützt das Onboarding neuer Teammitglieder, führst Tests durch und dokumentierst Aufgaben, bringst gute Windows- und/oder macOS-Kenntnisse mit und zeigst technisches Verständnis sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe. Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und eine klare Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch (C1) sind gefragt. Die Rolle bietet sinnstiftende Arbeit im Social-Care-Bereich, ein hybrides Modell, flache Hierarchien, Training und Babbel-Zugang. We’re looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) to support us in preparing and configuring laptops (Windows & macOS) with the required software. You’ll play an important role in helping new team members get started smoothly with a fully set-up device.

  • Prepare and set up laptops (Windows/macOS), including OS updates

  • Install and configure standard software (e.g. Office, VPN, security tools)

  • Create user accounts (based on provided instructions)

  • Test and verify device functionality

  • Assist with return and reconditioning of offboarded devices

  • Document completed tasks in our system

  • Provide general IT support for the onboarding process



  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in (Business) Informatics or a related field

  • Good knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems

  • Experience with software deployment 

  • Technical understanding and quick learner

  • Independent, structured, and reliable work style

  • Team player with a friendly attitude

  • Excellent German and English language skills (min. language level C1)
