We are looking for a Werkstudent (m/w/d) - Operations & Administration.

We are looking for a motivated and highly organized Working Student to support our Operations team in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across operations administration, IT coordination, fleet management, and basic HR administration, while working closely with local and global stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student who enjoys structured work and supporting employees behind the scenes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What you will do:

Fleet Management

  •  Support employees with company car-related topics
  •  Coordinate maintenance appointments and vehicle collections
  •  Assist with accident case handling and related documentation
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for fleet-related administrative questions

HR Administration

  •  Support HR with sorting and digitizing employee documents
  •  Assist with reviewing and tracking employee working hours
  • Support HR Business Partners with onboarding of new employees
  •  Schedule onboarding meetings and coordinate calendars

 IT Administration & Coordination

  • Organize and maintain IT storage and inventory
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams to prepare hardware for new employees
  • Prepare and manage old hardware for return or recycling
  • Support remote system updates in close coordination with IT headquarters

Requirements

What you should have:

  •  Be an enrolled student at a German university (e.g. business administration, HR, operations, IT, or similar)
  •  Highly developed sense of organization and attention to detail
  •  First experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus
  •  Reliable, structured, and proactive working style
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment
  • Very good English skills; German is a strong advantage
