Symbio is seeking a Wholesale Support Aussie Expert in Melbourne to deliver standout support to customers and our internal teams, collaborating with team leaders, management, business consultants and field technicians to keep operations smooth and service levels high. You will act as an escalation point for complex faults, create and maintain knowledge articles, mentor new and existing staff, and drive process improvements that enhance the overall experience. The role requires deep knowledge of Business Telco products (FTTN/C Fibre TC1/2/4) and business‑grade networking gear (Cisco ISR, Fortinet, Meraki) plus solid networking skills (QoS, MPLS, IPSEC, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VRF, SD‑WAN, Layer 2). Preferred Certifications include CCNA, NSE4, CompTIA A+/Net+.
