Symbio is hiring a Wholesale Support Aussie Expert in Melbourne to deliver exceptional customer support while enabling internal teams. You’ll collaborate with team leaders, business consultants, field technicians, and customers to drive high service standards, act as an escalation point for complex faults, and mentor staff. A strong candidate knows Business Telco products and business-grade networking gear (FTTN/C, Fibre, TC1/2/4; Cisco ISR, Fortinet, Meraki) and advanced networking (QoS, MPLS, IPSEC, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, SD‑WAN). Relevant certs (CCNA, NSE4, CompTIA A+/Network+) and call centre experience are a plus.
