Key duties include permits to work, JSPs, LOTO, LMRA, turbine climbs (training provided), CMMS work orders, and enforcing ENGIE safety rules. Requirements: high school diploma, 1+ year wind/BESS/solar ops, basic electrical knowledge, GWO or equivalent, ability to climb 300+ feet, on‑call and night shift willingness, lift 50 lbs, valid Canadian driver’s license and passport, and willingness to travel. What You Can Expect

Hourly Range: $25.96 – $41.00 CAD hourly
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan and emergency or on-call pay.
