Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the
website using WordPress and PHP.
- Build responsive, high-performance web pages from UI/UX designs.
- Customize WordPress themes & plugins; write clean PHP code.
- Optimize website performance, speed, SEO structure, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot bugs, refine workflows, and improve site functionality.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and design teams to deliver updates.
Essential Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in WordPress or Front-End Development.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong PHP programming skills.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress themes, plugins, hooks, and filters.
- Understanding of SEO-friendly site structure.
- Professional English (written & verbal), Conversational Mandarin is a plus.
Desirable
- Experience with Element, WPBakery, or building custom plugins.
- Experience in the financial industry.
- Knowledge of REST APIs & website integrations.
- Familiarity with hosting, DNS, and server environments.
