Are you highly organised with a knack for keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Workforce Planning Coordinator in Ōtautahi to take charge of scheduling and coordinating our operational staff and subcontractors across the Property response workstream.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in meeting contractual requirements and job management targets by triaging work orders, planning and scheduling tasks, and overseeing the full job workflow process across the Motu.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and plan effectively

What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
• Receive, review, and prioritise work order requests, clarifying details with clients where needed
• Schedule and coordinate multi-trade jobs, including setting appointments with clients and tenants
• Manage disruptions caused by sickness, weather, or urgent work
• Identify and escalate risks where jobs are at risk of delay
• Maintain accurate job data, documentation, and records for compliance and claims
• Job finalisation and assisting to prepare monthly claims and invoicing.
