Merck Group is seeking a Working Student (all genders) in Darmstadt, part-time and onsite, to support an interdisciplinary team with administrative and technical tasks, focusing on archive digitization, data structuring and data preparation, and offering a chance to apply theory in practice. The ideal candidate is pursuing a master's in natural sciences (chemistry, biology or related), brings a structured work style and initiative, communicates at C1 in German and English, and has solid MS Office skills plus programming experience (Python) and knowledge of KNIME. Your Role:

You will support the team in administrative and technical topics as well as in project work. The focus of your work is on the digitalization of our archive, on structuring of analytical data and data preparation. You can expand your knowledge through the practical application of your theoretical study contents.

Who you are:

• You are completing a master's or main course of study in natural sciences (chemistry, biology, or related course of study)
• You distinguish yourself by a structured way of working and a high level of initiative
• Very good (C1) written and spoken German and English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Programming skills (e.g., Python)
• Knowledge of KNIME
