Wer sind wir?

The role

We are an industrial B2B company looking for a builder and problem solver who can turn manual, repetitive processes into smart, automated systems.

A large part of our work involves sales, prospecting, market research, outreach, and marketing. Your job is to look at these processes, identify where we are spending unnecessary time and resources, and figure out how technology can do it better.

We don't expect you to wait for step-by-step instructions. If the problem is “we spend too much time researching prospects,” we want you to think: “How can I automate this?”

Was suchen wir?

What you'll work on

  • Automating lead, company, and market research
  • Building automated prospecting and outreach workflows
  • Creating systems for collecting, enriching, and organizing data
  • Connecting CRM systems, applications, databases, and APIs
  • Building AI-powered research and information workflows
  • Automating repetitive sales, marketing, and operational processes
  • Identifying new automation opportunities across the business
  • Building and improving internal tools and workflows

What we're looking for

You should already have hands-on experience with some of the following:

  • Automation: n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate or similar
  • AI: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, LLM APIs, AI agents
  • Integrations: APIs, webhooks, JSON, REST APIs
  • Data: Excel/Google Sheets, Airtable, CRM systems
  • Bonus: Python, JavaScript or SQL

You don't need to be a software engineer or know every tool. What matters is that you are technically capable, learn quickly, and can figure things out independently.

You might be a great fit if you...

  • Think systematically and enjoy solving unclear problems
  • Naturally look for ways to eliminate repetitive work
  • Are resourceful and experiment when you don't know the answer
  • Like building things from scratch
  • Are curious about AI and emerging technologies
  • Don't give up when the first solution doesn't work
  • Can work independently and take ownership

Professional experience isn't required. Personal projects, university projects, internships, AI experiments, and things you've built out of curiosity all count.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student
  • English required; German is a plus
  • Available 20 hours/week across 3 days
  • Able to regularly work from our Dresden office near Industriegelände
  • Start ASAP

Interested?

We care less about years of experience and more about what you can build and how you think.
