Position Overview

Support the IT/OT Cyber Security Engineering team in maintaining a clean and reliable CMDB (Configuration Management Database) for OT environments, with a strong focus on data quality.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day operational activities related to IT/OT asset and information management
• Maintain and cleanse master data: Ensure data quality and consistency by reviewing existing information in ServiceNow
• Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and up to date, primarily using Microsoft Excel
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. plant personnel, network teams, and technical experts) to collect or validate information when required
• Contribute ideas and improvement suggestions to increase process efficiency and reliability
• Document activities, observations, and improvements in a clear and structured manner

What we require

• University student in Business, Technology, or a related field
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Good communication skills
