Our team defines the strategic direction of the Digital Sales Channel (DSC) and ensures that business value and return on investment are supported by clear governance, performance management and data-driven insights. We shape where DSC plays within the broader go-to-market model, define strategic priorities and investment areas, and provide the transparency required to steer performance and continuously evolve the channel.
This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of digital sales strategy, business planning, market intelligence and performance management, supporting strategic decisions in a global business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Business Planning: Support the DSC strategy and roadmap, business planning and management decision materials; translate priorities into clear initiatives and expected outcomes
- Market Intelligence & Benchmarking: Research market trends, customer behavior, digital sales models and peer practices; turn findings into actionable strategic insights
- Investment Prioritization & Business Value: Support initiative prioritization, business cases, value hypotheses and ROI analysis to guide investment decisions
- Performance Management & Strategic Insights: Track strategic KPIs and business outcomes; analyze trends, gaps and opportunities and support management reporting
- Strategic Communication & Alignment: Help prepare executive presentations and strategy narratives; structure stakeholder input and support workshops on priorities, investments and performance
Profile:
- Enrolled in a Swiss university / university of applied science in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Management & Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and translate data and research into clear business insights
- Interest in strategy, digital business models, eCommerce, sales channels, business planning, KPIs and financial analysis
- Independent, structured and reliable working style with a strong hands-on mentality
- Curiosity to understand the bigger picture and contribute beyond clearly defined individual tasks
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership from identifying a topic through to resolution
- Good PowerPoint and Excel skills as well as confidence using AI tools
- Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus
