Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and help track progress toward targets
  • Contribute to external sustainability assessments, ratings, and audits
  • Handling internal and external sustainability-related inquiries
  • Conduct market research and competitive analyses on sustainability topics
  • Support internal and external sustainability communications, including reports, articles, and media content

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Sustainability, CSR, Business, Economics, Communications, or Social Sciences), with ideally 2+ years remaining
  • Solid understanding of ESG principles (Environmental, Social, Governance)
  • Excellent German skills (C1–C2) and strong English proficiency (B2–C1)
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • A structured, proactive mindset with strong teamwork and organizational skills
