Deutsche Börse is offering a Working Student (f/m/d) Billing role to support the Billing team with invoicing, dunning and statements while helping optimize and automate workflows across the EEX Group. It combines on-site collaboration with change initiatives in an international setting, with remote options. You should be enrolled in a relevant degree in Germany, available for 2–3 semesters, proficient in MS Office especially Excel, and excited about change processes in energy. Your tasks:
In this role, you will not only support the Billing team in the daily work of all administrative tasks relating to invoicing, dunning, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of the EEX Group, but also in the continuous optimization, digitization and automation of existing workflows and processes. After all, we value the exchange of ideas, being there for each other and encouraging each other to become better. We call it: the exchange mindset.

 

You bring along:

  • Ongoing studies in business administration, economics, business informatics or comparable at a University in Germany
  • Availability to work as working student for at least 2, better 3 or more semester
  • Availability to join the team on site in the office regularly to work together (remote work possible in alignment with the team leader)
  • A keen interest in change processes, especially in the energy sector
  • We require initiative, reliability and the ability to work in a team
  • Secure use of the MS Office package (esp. Excel)
  • First experience in ERP systems are welcome
  •  A healthy dose of hands-on mentality and an eye for detail
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English as well as German language skills (approx. B1/B2Level) round off your profile
