You'll make an impact by

  • You support the development and adaptation of research designs for specific user settings in close collaboration with senior stakeholders across different factory locations
  • Building on this, you help organize and coordinate data collection activities using diverse methods, ensuring high-quality data from multiple sites
  • Subsequently, you assist in cleaning, combining, and aggregating collected data to enable meaningful statistical analysis and clear data visualization
  • You contribute to the creation of thorough documentation and draft business presentations to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders
  • Finally, you help transform complex data into compelling stories and build interactive dashboards in Power BI to effectively present results to the business

This is how you'll win us over

  • Education: You are currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program, such as Data Science, Management, Economics, Business Informatics, Psychology or a related field
  • Experience and Skills:
    • You have a solid understanding of business analytics and data visualization using dashboarding tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint or PowerBI
    • You possess strong data literacy, including abilities in data extraction, transformation, and analysis with a focus on deriving business insights
    • You are proficient in statistical analysis, data interpretation, and documentation with great attention to detail
    • Experience working with Python, R and GIT is beneficial
  • Ways of Working: You demonstrate clear communication, structured working methods, and the ability to present data insights effectively
  • Languages: Very good English skills are required
