Textron Aviation is seeking a Working Student in Flight Control (m/f/d) to work on-site in Munich part-time. The role emphasizes flight test data analysis for VTOL aircraft, evaluating flight routines and control performance, and aligning flight dynamics models with test data. You will automate reports for future flights, support System Identification, and help execute MIL and HIL tests while supporting flight simulations and developing MATLAB based data analysis and visualization tools. Ideal candidates are aerospace engineering students with a true passion for aviation, knowledge of flight guidance, control and dynamics, hands-on MATLAB/Simulink experience, and ideally VTOL or System Identification exposure, plus GitLab CI/CD familiarity, and strong teamwork with English fluency. Tips: tailor your resume to showcase relevant projects, quantify outcomes, and highlight on-site availability.
