We are seeking a passionate and motivated Working Student to join our Global Reefer Product Excellence team. You will contribute to a range of strategic and operational tasks, working alongside a diverse and collaborative team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain industry experience while studying, offering exposure to commercial, technical and digital aspects of the reefer business.

• Support commercial, operational, technical and digital projects within the Global Reefer Department
• Provide customer support for reefer services and digital product solutions, including Hapag-Lloyd LIVE
• Act as a customer point of contact, ensuring strong relationships and efficient request handling
• Gather and analyze data to inform decision-making and generate insights
• Assist in developing online training modules for reefer technologies and products
• Conduct benchmarking, market research and studies on reefer industry trends
• Maintain and update internal product documentation and strategic roadmaps
• Support the creation of sales materials and customer communication
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance customer requirements and reefer strategy
• Contribute to quarterly business reviews and internal assessments

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program or higher in the fields logistics, supply chain, business, engineering or a related field preferred
• Motivated, customer oriented and a dependable team player
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with a structured work approach
• Interest in logistics, reefer technology and digital product development is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a global team
• Fluency in English spoken and written, Spanish proficiency is a plus
• Eagerness to learn, adapt and work with new tools and market dynamics
• Prior experience in a similar role or industry is beneficial but not required
• Passion for the reefer industry and a desire to make an impact
