The Role

We are looking for a proactive Working Student to join our Client Advisory & Solutions team and support our business development activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the investment industry while working closely with experienced professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and improve presentations and client materials
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of meetings and proposals
  • Maintain CRM data and support pipeline management
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Coordinate information gathering for RFPs and RFIs
  • Support client and prospect events
  • Assist with business development initiatives and commercial projects
  • Help identify and implement process improvements

About You

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • Interested in investments and financial markets
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proactive, hands-on and eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with CRM systems and AI tools such as Copilot

Additional information

  • Available approximately 2 days per week
  • An initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension
