NVision is seeking a motivated Working Student in Social Media & Communications to join our marketing team in a hands-on, fast-paced, remote-friendly setting. This part-time role (min 16 hours per week, 6 months) centers on owning communications tracking, assisting campaigns and events, proactively gathering content, managing social calendars across LinkedIn, Bluesky and X, monitoring performance and ensuring clear remote documentation. Ideal candidates are enrolled in communications, marketing or journalism, fluent in German and English, highly organized, proactive and capable of independent work with some project-management experience. We are looking for a motivated, highly organized and creative Working Student (m/f/d) in Social Media & Communications with a passion for science and technology to support our Marketing team. In this hands-on role, you will act as a central hub for our communications projects. You will help manage our digital channels, track PR activities, and support one-off marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:- Project Management & Tracking: Take ownership of our communications overviews, including managing our PR agency activities tracker, to ensure everyone is aligned and nothing slips through the cracks.
- Campaign & Event Support: Assist in managing and executing one-off marketing projects, such as webpage launches, event planning, and broader comms tasks.
- Proactive Content Gathering: Ability to approach internal stakeholders to ask questions, pull together new information, and translate complex concepts into engaging social media content.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the content calendar (especially LinkedIn, Bluesky, and X), pitch and plan posts, assign tasks to colleagues, and ensure timely execution.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor social media data, uncover the latest trends, and provide strategic recommendations to increase visibility.
- Documentation: Ensure clear communication and documentation of work progress in a remote setup to support alignment and collaboration.
- Enrolled in a university program in communications, marketing, journalism, or a similar area.
- Experience with social media and/or project management through internships or student projects is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and familiarity with common project management tools.
- Proactive and curious, with a demonstrated ability to work independently while seeking input when needed.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English language skills.
- Can dedicate a minimum of 16 hours per week.
- Minimum commitment of 6 months for the duration of the position.
- Ideally based in the broader Ulm or Berlin area, with flexibility for occasional onsite work and in-person collaboration.
