We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This is a role based in our Paris, France office, reporting to the EMEA Senior Manager, Facilities Operations. Our general and administrative teams help to support and scale our great company. Whether striving to grow our workforce, nurture an amazing culture and work environment, support our financial and legal operations, or maintain our global infrastructure, the G&A team provides a strong foundation for growth. What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Ensure a best-in-class, end-to-end workplace experience for all employees and external guests across managed sites while promoting a productive and efficient work environment
  • Oversee workspace services operations, including mailroom, security, janitorial services, food and beverage programs, parking, and other workplace amenities
  • Align physical workplace layouts and workflows with organizational needs, leveraging space management practices to promote function and employee satisfaction
  • Oversee vendor management to ensure best in class service delivery in the office and alignment with regional and global compliance and budgetary requirements
  • Develop and execute workplace projects and initiatives to align with both local and global strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the People Team and other departments on activities and events that drive engagement and support organizational culture

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 4+ years of experience in a Workplace or Hospitality role, with site lead experience preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management, vendor administration, and operational workflows
  • Guided by professional curiosity to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the workplace environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while appropriately leveraging professional judgment and decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to establish workflows, evaluate systems, and implement solutions to optimize workplace operations

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with office relocations, build-outs, or renovations
  • Experience working collaboratively with building management and creating strong cross-functional relationships
  • Facilities management qualifications or trainings (IFMA, IOSH, Corenet employee experience certificate)
