As Workplace Manager within the Property function, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering exceptional workplace experiences across ANZ’s Corporate Property Portfolio in New Zealand’s Southern Region. From the moment our people walk through the doors, this role helps create welcoming, seamless and high-quality environments that enable employees to connect, collaborate and work in the way that works best for them.
The role is centered on understanding the diverse needs of our people, teams and communities, and translating those insights into workplace services, operations and improvements that make every day feel easy, inclusive and purposeful. By partnering closely with Hospitality, FOH, BOH, vendors and key stakeholders, the Workplace Manager ensures the workplace is a pivotal part of the employee experience and a meaningful reason for our people to come together, engage with ANZ’s culture and do their best work.

As a Workplace Manager, you will:
- Lead workplace operations and deliver high-quality workplace services.
- Serve as the key point of contact for employees and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless workplace experience.
- Manage contracts and vendor relationships across Hospitality, Front of House (FOH), and Back of House (BOH) services.
- Drive innovation, cost efficiencies, transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement.
- Leverage data, workplace insights, and property expertise to enhance workplace performance and employee experience.
- Monitor occupancy data and maintain accurate workplace reporting.
- Deliver data based decisions and ensure the flexibility of our working environment to support business change
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and oversee soft facilities management services.
- Collaborate with FOH teams and Workplace Partners to deliver engaging workplace events and activation programs that strengthen culture and employee engagement.
- Proactively identify and implement workplace improvements to support evolving business needs.
