Based in Birmingham, this full-time on-site Workshop Engineer role requires hands-on fault finding and repair from a mechanical, electrical or hydraulic background, with a full UK driving license, GCSE C in English and maths, and solid workshop safety experience. You will inspect, service, and repair forklifts and related plant, perform fault finding to first-fix targets, prep new equipment, and source parts, while keeping downtime to a minimum and following Health and Safety COSHH rules. Demonstrate you can work independently and in a team, communicate clearly, manage multiple tasks to deadlines, and pursue ongoing development.
