Fulton Hogan is seeking a Digital Workspace Training & Support professional to rollout SharePoint Digital Workspaces across New Zealand as part of the Modern Information Programme. This fixed term role until February 2028 is NZ wide and onsite, with travel as needed. You’ll train end users and workspace owners, support pilot sites from readiness to early adoption, and create practical learning tools while partnering with site teams and technical staff to resolve issues. The right candidate has experience delivering training for Microsoft 365, SharePoint or Teams, strong facilitation skills, and a collaborative, proactive style. We’re looking for the right person to fill the role of Digital Workspace Training & Support to help roll out SharePoint Digital Workspaces across Fulton Hogan New Zealand as part of our Modern Information Programme. This is a fixed term role until February 2028 that can be based anywhere in New Zealand.
You’ll work alongside project and change teams to train, coach and support our people through this major digital transformation. It’s a role with plenty of variety; Developing capability content, running training sessions, supporting site teams get ready for go-live and turning feedback into better tools and processes. If you like practical problem solving, working with people, and building capability across teams, this is good work.
