Webasto is hiring a WPS Specialist (f/m/x) for full-time onsite work in Neubrandenburg. In a cross-functional, international setting you will plan and execute product and process audits, oversee requalification tests, run product-safety line walks, coordinate Swimlane Launch activities, develop and monitor the layered process audit system, and drive optimization of the Webasto Production System and the FPA program in the plant. You bring coaching skills, technical expertise, a solid grounding in quality management, and methodological competence in FMEA and 8D problem solving to propel continuous improvement. Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects.
